Our Facilities Consist Of:
Reception Area
All clients will be greeted by our friendly staff at Reception who will confirm your appointment and guide you to the waiting area. The staff will be able to answer any questions or queries and provide you with any paperwork that would be required on the day. Drinks and snacks are available to purchase in Reception.
Disability Access
Please inform staff of any special needs so that we can ensure your needs are met to the best of our ability.
All of our clinics are wheelchair accessible.
Please note: The toilets in the Birmingham clinic are located on the first floor, accessible only by stairs.
Private Waiting Area
Enjoy our private waiting area specifically for our Ultrasound Care clients. Comfortable seating, magazines and light-hearted television programmes have been chosen to help create a relaxed environment while waiting for your appointment. Various refreshments and snacks are on offer to purchase in the Reception Area.
Baby Changing Facilities
At Ultrasound-Care we provide Baby Changing facilities at our branches. A baby changing mat, wipes and nappy bags are provided for your use. Please ensure to wipe clean all surfaces after use with disinfectant wipes provided. Used nappies should only be deposited in the special bin marked for this purpose.
Private Scanning Room
Our Scanning Rooms come fully equipped with GE ultrasound scanning machines along with various transducers specific for each scan to offer top-quality imaging and produce accurate results. We have additional seating if you choose to bring along anyone for support and provide a relaxed yet confident environment to ensure that you are as comfortable as possible.
No photography/videography, including by mobile phones is allowed in the Scanning Room.
